Team 1:10 is a grassroots community of Michigan citizens committed to re-building our state and electing Pete Hoekstra to be our next governor in 2010.
Welcome to Team 1:10
We believe the future of Michigan begins with us—the people of Michigan—and with our ideas. It begins when Lansing gets out of the way and lets us do what we do best—innovate, invest, build and work. Team 1:10 is about our families, our home, our heritage, our future.
Team 1:10 is a team built by us and for us. We believe in Michigan’s potential and the power of the individual. Pete will create an atmosphere that will provide endless opportunities to implement our ideas for the recovery of Michigan’s economy and future jobs.
This is about each of us and the values we share—hard work, individual responsibility, and freedom. Together as Republicans, Democrats and Independents, Team 1:10 is committed to:

| • | return Michigan to the exceptional place it once was. |
Our goals are to find the 1 person who will add 10 people who share our commitment. To find the 10 who will build to 100, and grow the 100 to 1,000. Team 1:10 will build through the relationships of Michiganders living out the American ideals in our families, businesses and communities.

Team Leader Responsibilities
Team 1:10 Leaders are critical to Team Hoekstra and the future of Michigan. They commit to helping the campaign in any or all of the following ways:

Find 10 members who will make a donation to the campaign. A gift of any amount—even $10 or $25—is one of the best investments someone can make in their children and grandchildren’s future. We want our families to stay in Michigan.

Identify Team Members who can become Team 1:10 Leaders themselves. Encourage them to find 10 more people.

Find 10 members who will put a bumper sticker on their car.

Find 10 members who will display a yard sign.

Find 10 members who will volunteer on the campaign.

Find 10 members who will collect signatures to get Pete on the ballot.

Additional opportunities and activities will be available throughout the campaign.
Team Levels
Team Members are part of a grassroots community committed to our shared values of individual responsibility, hard work, and freedom. By donating their time, financial resources, talents, and ideas, Team Members will help elect Pete Hoekstra the next Governor of Michigan.
Members receive campaign emails, special Team 1:10 Member updates, and invitations to campaign events.
Team Leaders understand the power of the individual and are committed to taking a more active role in the future of Michigan. Team Leaders recruit 10 Team Members.
Leaders receive all the recognition items of Team Members, plus a Hoekstra t-shirt, monthly email update from Pete, and personal login for Team 1:10 “insiders” website.
Hoekstra Heroes are willing to take a stand for their values, and to reach out to others to bring success back to Michigan. Building on their success as a Team Leader, Heroes also recruit 5 Team Leaders. Alternatively, they find 50 additional Team Members to join their original team.
Heroes receive all the recognition items of Team Leaders, plus a reusable Team Hoekstra bag and a Hoekstra Hero t-shirt.
